Treatments

Brain Vascular Diseases

  • Brain vessel aneurysms: It is a cerebrovascular disease that occurs in the form of bubbles in the brain vessels and can cause sudden deterioration and death with bleeding.
  • Arterio-Venous Malformation: It is a vascular disease in which arteries and veins are observed as a ball in the brain and prone to bleeding.
  • Carotid Stenosis: It is the narrowing and blockage of the parts of the carotid artery in the neck or brain. Stroke (paralysis) occurs with the formation of a clot and treatment must be performed within hours.
  • Brain haemorrhages: It is a condition in which blood leaks into the brain membranes or brain tissue.
  • Brain Vascular Occlusion: It is a condition in which the blood flow to the brain is suddenly interrupted due to cerebral vascular occlusion. This condition is known as stroke or paralysis and should be treated rapidly. It is possible to open the blocked vessel with endovascular methods or to restore cerebral blood supply or to relieve the compressed brain tissue with microsurgery.
